Customers agree to take responsibility for the safe keeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. Customers are advised to maintain and update the information to ensure accuracy at all times. Sciteq Pty Ltd may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
Orders
- Prices are accurate at the time of listing. All prices are GST (10%) inclusive.
- Sciteq Pty Ltd may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you.
- Customers can only place orders through our website.
- All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Sciteq Pty Ltd.
- We'll reply to your orders with confirmation of stock availability, price, postage & handling fees and payment options.
- If Customers agree with the orders placed, please make payment of your chosen option and notify us after completed payment.

- Cancellations orders at this state will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Postage and Handling fees
Customers pay for Postage and Handling charges (including return item for replacement/ re-delivery). Unless it is specified as "Free Postage".
All items are sent via courier or via Australia post (Australia Wide)

Warranty:
All goods sold by Sciteq Pty Ltd come with one year manufacturer's Return To Base warranty.
Warranty is not transferable. Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged.
Sciteq Pty Ltd will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
We only provide advance replacement if items found to be DOA and depending on stock availability.
All sales are final. Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available.
Warranty does not include software issues or loss of data.
